I wish that I had received the hard copy of this book in time so my kids could have read it. It's probably too "young" for my older two (13 and 10) but I think my 6-year-olds would really enjoy this book. I love how it explains the atonement in a way that young kids can actually understand the importance of it and what it can do for all of us. The illustrations are fun to look at. The rhythm of the words seemed a bit off to me, but that might be because I was reading a PDF. When I get the actual book, I'll reread it and see if it flows better. I plan on encouraging my kids to use this as a Family Home Evening lesson when it's their turn to plan it.

"It's got a good message. It talks to kids directly. It has a story within a story. The pictures are good. They look real and cartoon at the same time. I liked the alliterations in it, but it did kind of seem like it was speaking to a younger audience. If I'm reading it to a younger child, I'd read it again, but if it's something I'm just going to pick up and read I probably wouldn't pick this one." -11 year old boy
"I really liked how it teaches the atonement to kids, because when you get older things get more complex. So when you are younger, this is a good way to learn about the atonement. I liked the pictures. I liked how they showed what the atonement does for you and how you can use it. I liked how when they drew the sun it was warm and happy. I thought it was cute how the little nursery kids are learning about the atonement on the first page." -13 year old girl
