Review: Someone Else's Fairytale by E.M. Tippetts

Jason Vanderholt, Hollywood's hottest actor, falls head over heels for everygirl, Chloe Winters, who hasn't gotten around to watching most of his movies. She becomes the woman every other woman in America is dying to be, but it just isn't her fairytale.

Someone Else's Fairytale made for an excellent afternoon of reading. I loved Chloe's indifference to the attention she receives from Jason Vanderholt, "Hollywood's hottest actor." She has had a very difficult upbringing, and her focus is on doing well with her undergrad classes and getting into grad school.

There's a bit of a love triangle, but it is resolved fairly early on, so readers can enjoy a regular romance (well, as regular as a romance can be when it involves a celebrity).

I also really enjoyed the bit of mystery to Chloe's past, and the suspense that comes about when her past comes back to haunt her.

This was very entertaining and a clean read. It is available in paperback or as an eBook. Enjoy this sample:

I'm looking forward to reading more of E.M. Tippetts' books, especially Nobody's Damsel, the sequel to Someone Else's Fairytale which will be released January 5, 2013. Preorder here.

*I received a copy of Someone Else's Fairytale in exchange for a review.
