Book Review:

I can't wait to use this book with my kids. When we got it in the mail they each picked a project that they wanted to do. I tried two projects first to see how it was, and I actually got excited about sewing. I'm not a patient person and so sewing and I don't get a long, but Katie Lewis had great pictures, great step-by-step directions and I actually completed two projects, instead of just starting them and never finishing. Simple Sewing is a great book for beginners. You can find all the projects she has in there online, but when you are sewing it is a lot easier to have the book right next to you then going back and forth to a computer, and then trying to understand a tutorial. This really was easy to understand, and beautifully done.
